PRE-ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What you need to know

Welcome to Angyline’s pre-order service. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our goal is to make the process seamless, trustworthy and worth your while.

Pre-orders allow customers to purchase products before they are officially available for sale at the physical pick up point in Nairobi.

A deposit (as specified at checkout)of 80% of the product price is required to secure your pre-order.

Estimated dates of product arrival is 10 working days from the date of your order. The estimated delivery dates are subject to slight changes should there be shipping or clearing delays at the airport . We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Payment must be made at the time of placing the pre-order.

We only accept payments via our MPESA TILL NUMBER 5063457. The name on display should be Evangeline Wandia.

Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in order cancellation.

Pre-ordered products will be shipped weekly.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product’s availability and your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as supplier delays or shipping carrier issues. Any delays will be communicated promptly as we look for a resolution.

You can choose to pick your products at our pick up point: Dynamic Mall, Tom Mboya Street Nairobi. 2nd Fl shop ML95 or

You can request us to deliver it to your location at a fee. Deliveries from Nairobi take a maximum of 1 day to arrive to receipients.

Pre-orders are non-refundable if the product has already been purchased abroad.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Customers may cancel their pre-order before shipment

Pre-orders are subject to product availability. If the product is discontinued or significantly changed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.

Should product descriptions, images, and specifications change, you will be notified before the purchase is done.

Ensure that your contact and shipping information is accurate at the time of placing the pre-order.

Monitor your email and SMS for updates regarding your order.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from delays or changes in pre-order availability.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the pre-ordered product.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
